# Graph Writer Integration

The Graph.Build Studio now integrates directly with the Graph Writer. This lets you write graph data to both Semantic and Labelled Property Graphs, and manage the configuration of your running Writer, all from within Studio.

#### Connecting to a Writer

1. From the home screen, open the Plugins page.
2. Select Add New Plugin.
3. Choose Writer from the list of plugin types.
4. Enter the endpoint of your Writer and confirm.

Studio will connect to the Writer at the endpoint you provided.

#### What you can do once connected

Once your Writer is connected, you can:

* Test the connection to your graph — verify that the Writer can reach your target graph database. *(Currently available for Semantic Graphs only.)*
* Edit the Writer configuration — view and update the configuration of your running Graph Writer.
* Execute a write to your graph — enter the file URL of your graph data and select Execute to write it to your target graph.
